• Cheese: 3 types of cheese (one soft, 1-2 semi hard or 1 semi-hard, 1 hard)- I try to use at least two types of milk (e.g. brie is cow, manchego is sheep)
  • Meat: 2-3 types of meat (usually at least one type of salami and then prosciutto or speck)
  • Produce: Seasonal fruits and olives
  • Nuts/dried fruit: one type of nut and/or one type of dried fruit
  • Sweets: one jar of Bee Seasonal honey 
  • Honeycomb, Sometimes chocolates  
  • Includes: one box of crackers, bamboo tongs, wooden knife, wooden honey dipper
